In 1861 Andele Hellema began a bakery in
the Frisian village of Hallum selling to
the neighbouring farmers.
Today, the family business is managed by
the 5th generation, producing in a modern
and dynamic environment. Distributing a
large assortment of quality biscuits to
more than 90 countries.
