began his production in Dijon, following
the purest tradition, since that time a
secret of the ancient recipes that have
been transmitted from one generation to
the next.
Mustard is a very important cooking spice,
mainly Dijon mustard, broadly used nowadays.
The Ancient and strong mustard, made from
husked grains has a stronger perfume, while
the same happens to the Garlic and Parsley
mustard, the Pepper mustard gives dishes
a more marked and exotic flavour.
