Pasta with D´Amico Pesto Sauce
- Pasta of your choice
- 1 jar of D'Amico Pesto Genovese Sauce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Salt
1) Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water, salt and olive oil. Drain.
2) With the pasta ready, just add the D'Amico Pesto sauce.
3) Add cherry tomatoes.
After Eight Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients (6 servings):
- 200g of After Eight chocolate
- 150g of dark chocolate | - 5 eggs
- 50g of margarine
- 100g of sugar
1) Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until it turns into a whitish cream.
2) In a microwave or double boiler, melt the chocolate pieces with the margarine.
3) Add the After Eight chocolates and stir vigorously until they are thoroughly mixed with the chocolate.
4) With the help of an electric mixer, add the chocolate mixture to the egg yolk cream until it forms an uniform chocolate cream.
5) Aside, beat firmly the egg whites.
6) Wrap them gently into the chocolate cream with the help of a spoon.
7) Take the mousse to the fridge for a few hours so it stays fresh.
8) Decorate with After Eight chocolates or mint leaves.
CANTINA MEXICANA Chicken Quesadilla
- ½ kg of cooked shredded chicken breast
- ¼ cup of CANTINA MEXICANA Taco sauce
- 2 dessert spoons of chopped fresh coriander
- ½ cup of CANTINA MEXICANA refried beans
- 4 CANTINA MEXICANA tortillas.
- ¾ cup of grated cheddar cheese
1) In a medium bowl, place the chicken, ¼ cup of CANTINA MEXICANA sauce and coriander and stir until well blended;
2) Spread 2 tablespoons of CANTINA MEXICANA refried beans on a little over half of each tortilla;
3) Place the mixture on top of the chicken;
4) Add the grated cheese;
5) Fold each tortilla in half;
6) Place each tortilla at a time in a preheated nonstick skillet, over medium-low heat;
7) Grease with oil both sides of each quesadilla.
8) Place the quesadilla in the pan, cover it and cook for 3 to 4 minutes turning once.
